Welcome to Zamzi Money Manager. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Money Manager website and related tools at https://money.zamzi.co.za. By creating an account, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Zamzi Money Manager is a financial management platform for South African users. It includes tools for budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, pricing, tax planning support, debt planning, and AI-based guidance. The service is intended for informational and operational support and does not replace professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Payments are processed by third-party providers (including PayFast). You authorize charges for purchases you initiate. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable after successful provisioning of access or credits.

We are committed to processing personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We process personal information lawfully, minimally, and for specific purposes related to providing and securing the service.
Zamzi is the Responsible Party for personal information processed through this platform. For privacy requests or POPIA queries, contact admin@zamzi.co.za.
Depending on how you use the platform, we may process account information (such as name and email), payment event records, support communications, and financial records you choose to capture in tools.

Lawful grounds include contract performance, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Subject to POPIA and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Requests can be sent to admin@zamzi.co.za.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. Where legally and technically possible, we will delete or de-identify information on valid request.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, and unlawful processing. If a security compromise creates a real risk to your rights, we will notify affected users and regulators as required by POPIA.
We may use vetted operators/service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and payment providers) under confidentiality and security obligations. Where information is processed outside South Africa, we apply appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.

All platform software, branding, text, graphics, and content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Zamzi or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or written consent.
The platform may integrate with third-party services (for example, payment processors or embedded links). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zamzi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from platform use. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Zamzi in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
